Béchamel sauce
Béchamel sauce can be used for lasagna or moussaka or over roasted Brussel sprouts. It is very simple to make and it adds a creamy but light taste to your food.
Ingredients for 6:
- 4 ounces of white flour
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 2 ounces of butter
- salt
Directions:
- In a small pot, melt butter and add flour.
- When flour has got a brown color, slowly add the milk.
- Cook for a few minutes.
- Add salt.
Suggestions:If your besciamella is too thick, add more milk. If it is too liquid, continue cooking with more butter and flour.
