Penne pasta “au gratin”
I like the crunchiness and taste of pasta cooked in the oven. I like the crust of cheese that mixes with tenderness of pasta. And this is a recipe that you can prepare in advance and cook just before your guests come. Or, you can use if you have some pasta leftovers.
