Apple strudel
“Strudel” is a dessert that comes from Austria and it is wonderful to eat it warm after skiing in the mountains. But even if I do not live in the mountains I like to eat it for breakfast or in the afternoon.

- Roll the dough and fill it with the apple mixture. Then gently roll the strudel up and close every holes (if there are any).
- Brush your strudel with the egg yolk and cook for 1 hour.
Suggestions:
You can roll the dough on some parchment paper so that it makes easier to move the strudel to the oven.
