Creme brulee
Tonight we are going to make… Creme Brulee!
It is a very good dessert and the best part is to use the torch to caramelize the sugar.
Here is the recipe that I summarized and adapted from the book “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” (by Julia Child, Simone Beck, Louisette Bertholle).
